What are you guys doing about the rust on the inner bedsides??? - Picts inside

How have you guys been handling this situation - I know that it is pretty common for these trucks. Luckily the P.O. drilled about 50 1/8" holes under the rear wheel arch - so the outers didn't rust, but the inner panels where it attaches to the wheel house are a little "soft"

What would you do?
This is the Driver's side rear (the worst of it - the pass side only has a couple small holes that can be patched pretty easy)
