LT-1 engine towers, what to use???
Ok I just got my LT-1 in and I have a cople questions. I am a bit confused, I want to use the further back position to mount the motor so I have more clearance for the radiator fans and what not.
So what do I use the V-8 towers in the rear location? Or do I use the I-6 towers in the rear location? Then what motor mounts do I use? |

V8 mounts in the rear holes and I think I used the caged style older chevy camero mounts:confused:

You can use the 6 cylinder mounts in the 6 cyl position

Go to hotrodlane.com. IT is Street and Performance. They can answer your question. That is who I used. I don't remember exactly what I did. Lambert there should have your answer. Kerry

just pick up some I6 towers which mount in the rear position.
if you can wait a couple weeks, i have a pair you can have, otherwise check the classified section, they're always popping up pretty cheap. :) |
