Sanding in tight areas
 

What is the best way to sand in tight areas? Where two panels meet but will be hidden between the cab and front of the box, Should I be worried about this area? Do I need to take it to bare metal?

The best way to sand is to "sand blast her" really the only way you can get in there...

Take the box off.

i second on taking the box off..might as well do it properly

Since I had to replace my front bed panel, I just removed it and was able to get to the back of the cab. (mine is a stepside but might work on yours too) They are just bolted in so you might try that.

REMOVE THE BED SAND BLASTING IS A NESS SAND EVERY WHERE BRAKES INSIDE TEETH

My bed is off, I just don't want to take the bed apart. Any suggestions?

You know where panes meet, and bolts, stuff like that, is it ness to blast?

U CAN BACK THE BOLTS OUT SOME AND SAND UNDER THEM...... THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO DO THIS THIS IS Y A PAINT JOB COST MONEY... SAND BLAST THE SMALL AREA IF U ARE STRIPING ALL THE PART.. OR PULL OUT A FEW BOLTS AT A TIME.
