Ceramic Coated Hooker Super comp headers SBC

2 Attachment(s)
I have a set of small block chevy Hooker Super Comp ceramic coated headers I will be removing from my Blazer next week. They are a full length collector and don't offer the extra ground clearance I need after installing airride on a 72 Blazer. These are $679 from Summit but the ceramic coating is not perfect but not horrible either so $175+shipping or pick up @ my location in Cleveland Ohio. Pics available way2lo2@aol.com or PM me

How old are they?. The date code is stamped on the inside of the flanges.

The date code tells when they were made. Do you remember how long they have been used/installed?

I've owned the truck about 2 years and the headers were on before then. I've never driven the truck since I got it other then for the first couple days of ownership.

I think they are from 95 if I'm reading the code right. I got them off today and reducing the price to $125

Put me next in line. Couple of questions though:

Do you have pics of the underside of the truck with these installed, do they hang below the frame rails?

What size are the tubes and the collectors?

What is the Summit part number?

Re: Ceramic Coated Hooker Super comp headers SBC

These tubes are the big boys! 1 3/4" primaries with 3" collectors. These are a little too big for my specs or I would buy them. Somebody will get a good deal even even if you have to recoat them. Here is the link to Jegs. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...10002_36692_-1

No, I took them off today and didn't take pics but they did hang below the frame. Truck was lowered 4 inches in the front and they weren't a problem but once I installed the airride, the collector flange on the driver's side would touch the ground when it was airred out. The part # is 2840
So far no one has commited to them so they are available.
