Early Classic sells these if this is what you are talking about:

(Can't give a direct link - just go to brakes in their catalog, it's on page 2 I think).

Chevy Duty also sells them.

For some reason, the early classic one looks slightly different than the two I have. Has anybody ever tore one apart, cleaned it up, replaced the o-rings and reused? If you did, did it work correctly afterwards?

Greywolf, I do not believe there is a ChevyDuty.

I tore into one of the two of these I have this weekend. Suprisingly, these things are pretty simple. Looks like all you need are o-rings and a good cleaning to get this thing running smothly again. Does anyone have information on the proper sized o'rings. I went to O'Reilly's and tried to match them. They had o'rings that were the same overall diameter but the problem is the combination valve uses o'rings where the rubber itself is different diameters. Need some expert knowledge here.

O.K., I had to hunt for the o'rings but I finally located the correect sizes. Does anyone know where I can find the v-cup seal that is located under the big bolt on the end of this contraption. I think it's mainly used as a dust seal but not 100% certain.

You should make sure the seals are compatible with brake fluid.

They are. The place I purchased them said they needed to be EP o-rings.
