That Looks To Me Like A 69-72 Chevy Truck. Just Need Pics Of Lower End To Be 100% Sure.

Re: Tilt column ID (pics)

could be truck, or early van. The 72 - 75-ish vans had the horse shoe shaped turn signal plug, long shifter, and that font on the perndle.
Like Keven said, we need to see the other end to be sure what it is.
Judging by the steeringwheel, I'll guess 74/75 van.

For a van I believe it will fit up to 78.

From the digging around that I have done, I am 99% sure that in 76 they went to the smaller wheel and shifter.

Check if there is still apart number on that sticker by the neutal safety switch..looks like truck 69-72 to me though with the new pics added.

I am 100% sure that is a true truck tilt. Notice the location of nuetral safety switch, the firewall seal retaining plate, the dash seal, the short shaft sticking out the lower end also that intermediate shaft is from a 69-72 truck. Most definately not a van tilt.

Looks like a truck that someone put a later model wheel on. Not uncommon to see.
