blower switch diagram?

Im having trouble with my heater blower switch- basically it doesnt work. I was wondering if i could get someone to post a wiring diagram for it or help me dissolve this problem.

I have a non AC truck; the switch has 4 prongs on the back of it, but the harness only has three receptors

Im not getting any juice (i dont think) to the harness

ALSO- what is the best way to remove the cables that direct the airflow/temp? they seem to be riveted on, or have some clip holding them

Re: blower switch diagram?

Are you talking about the cable that goes to the heater core flap on the back of the control? Well, if you are, then all you do is take some needle nose pliers, and pull up on that little china hat looking deal, but dont bent it, because you can re use those
