Just have to pay attention to things like the fan shroud, hoses, shifter linkage, steering shaft.

Plus get yourself some extra ground straps.Reground at the stock locations and ground your core support real good.
use a couple long wood 4x4 on a couple floorjacks and lift away.
The ones that summit sells are pretty good.

The suspension lift will not effect the body lift at all as far as installing it.
As mentioned you just have to look-out for and adjust the hoses and wiring (especially grounds). You have to deal with the fan shroud, most guys just remove the bottom half....I don't recommend that, you really need to make some kind of extension/lower it/ something better than just taking it off.
The transmission shifter needs to be cut and an extension welded in. The only real variable here is the transfer case...You didn't specify the year, so it could be a few chioces there. 203s and 205s have the shifter mounted to the case itself, which makes it drop into the floor by 3". The 208 t/c has the shifter mounted to the floor of the cab. It doesn't change anything from the inside of the cab, but you will have to adjust the linkage for that too.

I have always done it by jacking up one side at a time. There is a "balance" point right around the door hinge area (as far as front/back ratio) where you can jack it up from a single point.

As long as you have access to a welder/weldor, the whole job can be done in a few hours.

It is pretty straight forward. The one thing I forgot about when I put one on a 77 I had was to disconnect the hose between the bed and the gas tank.
