The ship sinks slowly!

My cab is sagging on the driversside and i allready put some shims between the cab and mounts! And i realize that it´s still sagging!
What can i do about that and what is the problem?
Is the structural integrity weak? Do i have to take the cab of the frame?
In the pic you can see that the bodylines don´t match ihad them close with the shims and now its almost as bad as before!

Replace the cab mounts/bushings. It is either that, or your floor or the cab perches are rotting away. You don't need to remove the cab to replace the bushings.

cab bushings are done with a 4x4 or any solid block of wood and a floor jack. remove bolt ,jack slightly remove old bolt, remove bushing, jack enough to fit new bolt and bushing, re torque bolt. some times it helps to loosen al the cab mount bolts.

Okay i know you may not need to use new bolts but I always replace mine after seeing some of the bent and sheared ones

Hmmm-- the cabmounts are new ones from energy suspension and the cab was sandblasted,inspected and then painted. Ok all that was 7 or 8 years ago but the truck has never been on the street or even outside the shop!!!

Is it possible that the framebrackets that hold the cabmounts are weak or loose and sag with the weight of the cab?

Just Crawl Under And Check It Out. You Should Be Able To Tell If The Frame Mount Is Bent Or Comeing Loose From The Frame

also change your front body bushing on either side of the radiator, did all six of mine and had no trouble at all, hear some have trouble getting the bolts loose if you have any probs with rust. I also bought the poly bushings from energy suspension. good luck
