Ignition Hot Terminals???
 

I'm trying to finally get my Jimmy running again and I have some wiring questions. It seems like everything needs to be run to ignition hot. I've installed a 700r4 and msd ignition box, trans temp gauge, etc. What/How are you all hooking things like this to an ignition hot source? Hopefully that made sense. Any help is appreciated.

On a side note, if anybody in the Phoenix/Yuma/San Diego wants to help me get this thing running, I'd appreciate it. I'd pay gas, beer etc. I leave for Japan at the end of June and I need this thing running before it goes in storage.

I ran a 4 circuit fuse box from the acc outs on the factory fuse box. Since there only 2 acc outs I jumpered the inputs on the new fuse box. Running my HEI, tach,gauges, and soon to be installed stereo off it. It's cool cause everything has a fuse.

Sounds cool. Where'd you get the 4 circuit box and how'd you wire it to the stock box? Thanks.

I got it from Summit, it's the Summit brand 4 circuit fuse panel, about $12. I unplugged everything from the stock fuse boxes accessory outputs. There's only 2 connectors for the accessories on the stock panel. I took 2 pieces of short wire and put 2 ends into one connector and then 2 connectors on the ends. I did this twice. So you have 2 feeds coming out of the stock fuse panel going into 4 circuits of the new fuse panel. Mounted the new fuse panel right next to the factory one. The new fuse panel takes new ATO (?), style fuses.
