OK,
I know what your going to say they don't look right and your correct they don't. They don't make a kit for our trucks so I guessed at the kit I needed and then ordered some more rubber bushings also that where thicker. I think I need to shave some of it off to make a better fit. I cut about a 1" off the bottom bolt so it wouldn't poke a hole in the bottom of the bag also. Haven't drove it yet since I just finished it up to this point tonight.

I ran 2 seperate lines for them so I want have the pressure swaping from side to side. I ran each line back through the frame rail then used the 2 air valves to mount my tag.

First is with caps on:

Next with them off:

Any reason why you didn't just run a bag by itself? (without the factory rear spring) There are plenty of people on here running a pair of Slam Specialties RE-7's on schrader valves with good results. Just curious.

like lolife said, the bags are meant to be run without springs. that's the point ;)

Some bags are, some aren't.

The ones he used are helper bags that go inside of a coil. Seems like it would be easier to just swap the coils for bags..... but there's usually more than one right way to get things done.

I needed the air bags to help with it bottoming out. Yes I guess I could have gone with just a air bag rear but I have very limited knowlege of doing all that. This was easy no mods and I didn't have to make any brackets are anything to hold them on with.
It was cheap also, less than $150.00 for everything.
I wish it was bagged all the way around though. Maybe one day!

Thanks I almost didn't do them. I was going to leave it behind the bumper. I think it looks cool too!:metal:;):chevy:
