Lighten the Frontend?

I have a local guy wanting to lighten his front suspension on his 68. It is a race only truck and already has disc. He' asked me about tubular a-arms,ect.,but I told him I had no experience with such. Any suggestions?

Tubular A-arms will lose about 40-50lbs Check with Performance Online or Classic Perform. If you do not mind spending about $800-1000 which is the easiest route to take off the most weight go with a glass front end.

The weight thing is as much a budget thing as anything else. For around $4k to $5k you can slap a light weight glass front end on something like this ;)

The fatmans setups will save somewhere around 200
