drop spindle question quic
Will drop spindles for 73-87 fit my 72 front end
|
Re: drop spindle question quic
Yes, but you may need to change balljoints and I'm not sure about the tie-rod ends. The calipers may be different for the early years, also....I'm not familar with the 71-72 stuff.

Re: drop spindle question quic
Yes, they'll swap.
The upper BJ's are the same for sure... I can't remember if there's a difference on the lowers but if there is, you simply use the 73-up lower on the 72 a-arm. You should be able to also use the 72 drag-link w/the 72 inner & 73-up out tie-rod combo. |

Thanks
They had some 3" drop spindles at the car show, but by the time I got back around they were gone...100.00 seemed like a good deal.... |
Re: drop spindle question quic
A c-note for 3" spindles is (was) a good deal.
