Brothers front sway bar

Has anyone installed a brothers front sway bar on a 70 c-10? Did anyone use the tab that is supposed to be drilled into the lower control arm?

I thought those holes were in the control arm by default. They are on my 68' lowers.

I went ahead with the install this weekend. I ended up drilling into the front of the LCA. Also, I needed to get a longer bolt that goes through the rod end link. I should have gone to the junk yard at got a 1 ton off of a donor truck.

I will post pics of Friday. Unfortunately, I live 25 miles away from my truck right now.

That sway bar is cheap ($99.00) compared to the musclebar from ART (400.00). I have the ART upper and lower control arms. Do you think it will work on them. I see you are running stock. I had to pull my stock swaybar when I went to the new control arms.

I have no idea if this will work with your setup. I know Nate at porterbuilt has a solution that will work for you, and his sway bar cost a lot less than $400 bones.
