I'm guessing the patent has something to do with the uni-lug.

Re: Can anybody ID this wheel?

US patent # 3329466 pertains to a load-bearing structure, specifically a seat, constructed on webbing with cushion padding, filed in Feb 1967...so something doesn't match up there.

The actual wheel looks like something Ford Motor Company used to outsource from Keystone wheels, which would explain the unilugs, and most often appeared on 60's and early 70's Lincolns--in case anyone is thinking it, I'm not referring to the later ones with the Lincoln insignia in a hex shaped center, these are earlier "optional Mag" wheels. The Lincoln would not be the only application, as Keystone made the wheels.

That's what it looks like, but I am not guaranteeing that's what it is!!! Where's the smiley with the mouth shut?!?

My brother had a set of those on his 57 hard top ...they were ET brand. I believe they had push in caps (snap in).
