dogleg?
yeah i got some lol
went and did the front alignment on the truck for the 3rd time;) and did all that and the teacher walks up and clicks to a different page and shows the rear alignment.the back is off my 6% so how can i fix this.we didnt have time and wont be back in for a week |
Re: dogleg?
check your center pins on the leaf springs in back
|
Re: dogleg?
yeah the only thing that will cause this is the thrust angle of the rear axle(alignment). check the pins like grinch4om stated, or if the trucks ever been wrecked you could have some diamond in the frame.

Re: dogleg?
You may also want to take a look at the bushings for your leaf springs they aren't something that typically wheres out, but they can. It doesn't take much to add up to 6 degrees.

Re: dogleg?
yea, maybe on of the brackets where the axle seats is off when u lowered it, i think the holes are offset and it can change the alignment if backwards

Re: dogleg?
it has a flip kit.so it has a relocation bracket.
when i installed it.the pin on the bottom of the leaf spring was hitting the metal pease that the ubolts go threw and no its never been in a crash |
