from memory 3/4 is same dims as 1/2 just thicker frame metal. 1 ton may be a llittle deeper section. when I get to a computer I can post a link to place that has all the dims.

1/2 ton tapers front to rear
3/4 ton taper stops at the back of the cab then straight back
1 ton is like the 3/4

each gets a longer in the wheelbase and the frame gets heavier.

also, 3/4 ton frames are a quite a bit narrower in the rear. i can pull a measurement if you would like.

so yes, longer and narrower.

The 1 tons also have no axle arch, at least mine doesn't.

The metal is thicker and the rails are slightly taller on the 3/4 ton.
