langdon Header question
Guys have any recent feedback on these? Anyone got them coated from them? Can you run these with stock intake? If so what do you do to block off the bottom of the intake where the stock exhaust bolts up to? SOrry if thats confusing..lol thanks in advance.
Im getting excited my motor will will be done in any day.. now Im looking for goodies :D |

Mine are stock cast iron but not coated. Had the stock intake on for awhile then swapped to an Offy intake. You can run the stock intake or Offy intake without any heat added to it with a heat plate. I ran mine open for awhile. I use a heat plate sold by Langdon's cause of my cold climate. Here's some pics of my set up.

thanks man those pics help me out alot.. where do you have that right hose connected to from the heat plate? Im in central ca and we have a few 30 degree days... I might not need the heat because Im sticking with the 1 bbl.. what do you guys think, should I be ok with the plate and no heat?

Will those headers clear the Z bar for a manual?
Geezer, Do you have a cleaner picture of your bellcrank throttle setup? I'm trying to get a TBI setup working and would like a cleaner solution. Thanks! |
