1970 C-10 2WD shortwheel base frame (complete)
 

It's 6 lug and has a 3.08 running gear. This is the frame from my donor truck. It's straight with NO ROT at all. Just has typically surface rust. Sand blast it and epoxy prime it like I did to my 4x4 frame and this thing will be better then what the factory produced. Even better, here are the option codes from the glove box sticker:

F-60 Heavy Duty Front Springs
G-50 Heavy Duty Rear Springs
N-40 Power Steering
F-59 Front Stabilizer

The wheels DO NOT go with it so you will need to bring 6 lug rims with you or we can load it onto your trailer and I'll remove my rims and we'll have to strap it down on wood blocks. I am located in Milford, CT 06460 right off I-95 or Route 15 (Merritt Pkwy). You won't find many in this condition up here in the Northeast!!! $500 is the deal.

Is the steering box attached and does it have disc brakes on the front?

Yes on the steering box. No on the disc brakes they are drums. I don't think front disc brakes were offered on these trucks until 71.

If someone needs a nice, straight C-10 frame this is the one. You don't ever see a frame like this in the Northeast in this good condition still. Literally sandblast and epoxy primer and it's brand new. If it don't go soon my buddy will give me the scrap metal price and haul it away!!!

I can't believe someone in my area hasn't scooped this frame up yet. The salt here in New England has destroyed a very high percentage of these frames and this thing is perfect. Just saying!
