Cadillac 500 1979 chevy K30 1 ton 4WD
And I have some questions. I was given a 500 from a 1973 Eldorado FWD and have a couple points I wanna hit. The truck is a 1979 chevy K30 1 ton dually
with a turbo 400, np205 and a GM10.5 14 bolt 4.56? - Motor mounts make my own or get the frame mount and pad from a 1977-79 deville? - BOP with the trans fit on the back of the motor being cadillac used a turbo 400 too? - oil pan can i use the existing oil pan on the eldorado rear sump? - torque converter use the existing flywheel on the 500 and get a converter for a eldorado? thanks! |

yea but if he owns a BOP trans why not use it?? that might comeinto play someday but I would keep the $50 in my pocket
