it's still leaking!!!

ok-I need help trying to find a leak. I have removed the chalk from the roof and replaced with the correct 3m seam sealer. I have painted the roof. I have replaced the windshield, installed and new Precision brand rubber seal and applied window sealer as well(all done by Safelite window repair) and I am still getting mositure in the glove box and I can see drips on the rubber mat inside the cab. Where would the water be coming from? any Ideas? The truck doesn't have a rust problem-it's been in Cali and Arizona all it's life except the last 5 months.

Sounds like a heater core leak. Does the moisture have the sweet antifreeze smell?

could be the bushing to seal off the antenna cable is bad and leaking or could be the seam on the cab on the inner cowl leaking. If you look under the dash in the corner of the dash you will see a seam that runs down, it is actually on both sides, if that is rusted it will leak water there, have someone get under the dash and someone run a water hose to locate it. It could also be rusted out in the wire tray on the front of the firewall, or could be leaking around where the heater box mounts on the firewall, all of those places will put water inside the cab, best of luck

At the lower corner of the windshield PS, and sitting just behind the cowl is a small seam on the body this is where the water usually creeps in and leaves puddles in your G Box.
See the link, we were discussing this not long ago.

After I installed the new windshield and rubber in mine I noticed water on my floor mat, I traced it to the dash drains, the 1/4 hole in the corner of each side of the dash. It turned out the windshield rubber simply needed to be pushed towards the glass, it was barely on the windshield and was letting water pass and run through the drain and onto the floormat.

have you tried using food dye to water and have someone pour it and you can try to find the leak with some white paper ,i used blue food coloring laid paper down and with a flashlite got under the dash and found the leak also i had the coolant system pump up with pressure to see if the heater core was leaking at the same time my brother pouring water
