Headers

I had something on my mind thought i would ask you what was the difference in short headers compared to the long ones or full ones. i know size but like is there a performance difference or?

My take is that long tube headers tend to make more power over short ones.
Do you ever see shorties on a real race car?
I don't think so and there must be a reason for it.

shorties however provide better ground clearance for lowered trucks.

Ya i just wanted to know the difference. i figured it would benefit more for lowerd vehicles.

have heard shorties are better for top end and long tubes help low end. but not sure how true that is. i figure long tube would be the best.
