Ad frame boxing question
What did you do with the cross member under the back of the cab?

well,I removed the old rusted factory cross member and fabbed up one out of 2 inch square tubbing ,pretty stout too,I welded it in first then boxed whole frame.

If the crossmembers are good most guys just box up to them. That is on almost any frame that gets boxed be it 32 Ford or AD Chevy truck.

I removed the old cross member but we went with a Progressive cross member. I have a few pictures on my build thread.
