Re: Cab trim question

You need to pull the glass out. The paint divider trim under the back window will snap on/off.

So I thought the trim needed to come off first in order to get rubber to budge and get window out.

Hmmm that's what I thought too. I thought the chrome only sat in a channel. If the rubber is still somewhat soft you could use a pick and GENTLY slip it out of the rubber?

this is correct the window chrome will not come out without removing windows first then remove rubber from window and then remove chrome

paint divider has little clips behind it and gently with a flat blade screw driver it will pop off

ok i see what you all are saying. With window in it presses the chrome in place so it requires the window to come out to release pressure and making it able to slide the chrome out. Thanks guys i will try it tomorrow.
