62 with a power booster

I know this has been gone over and over... but i havn't seen anyone try to put a clutch master under the dash. There is about 8 inches of space on the right side of the pedal bracket between the rod lever and firewall. Thinking about welding a sturdy bracket on the pedal assembly frame. Then bolt a wildwood master,of course the rod would have to be much shorter, but have the same action. could even use a remote reservior routed to outside firewall.I'm just not crazy about a power booster bracket sticking way out and trying to cram a clutch master behind it. any thoughts or ideas??:chevy:

There is an option besides the ones that have the clutch master behind the booster.....

I haven’t seen a clutch master mounted behind the firewall either, but don’t see any reason it wouldn’t work with some creative engineering. Here’s what mine looks like with a Wilwood master mounted on the passenger side of the booster:

This picture shows the inside linkage:

Doesn’t seem like it would take much effort to fabricate the bracket you described and move the cylinder inside the cab. I would definitely want to use a remote reservoir. The risk of spillage on the carpet and poor ergonomics would make filling, checking. and bleeding very uncomfortable.
