Wow ! What are your plans for it? How does the front edge look? (rust?)

The front edge is actually great other than a couple of small gravel dings, no rust. There is a place on the back that I need to give some attention too, rust is starting, it had leaned against a tree for a few years. I might use it instead of the one on my 67.

I found one on Craigslist and drove about 250 miles to get it. I bought it for $140. It was leaning against an old shed, about .25 mile off the 'paved' road. :lol:

but man, it is clean.. It is in my 68 build below.

Those are hard to come by with no rust in the front lip. You did your neighbor a great favor removing it from his place...lol! Now I don't feel so bad letting my louvered '67 hood lean against a post outside my shop the last couple years. Maybe that's better for them than installed.
