Someone must have, since 1 have two extra sets of vent glass for my truck. One is tinted (looks like a custom or factory job, since the tint is sandwiched in the middle of the glass), and one clear pair.

Don't know how. I'm sure it is in the FAQ or Stickies. I know I saw it here somewhere.

I dont know if only the vent can be removed w/o removing the glass as well, but there are two screws at the top of the door over the vent, two on the part of the door facing the cab where the vent is and two under the inner door panel to the left of the large round opening (driver side) and to the right if passenger side. These screws release the vent. I think that you have to take at least the door glass out ( remove from the window sash) to get the vent out. I say this because the door division bar is mounted to the vent.

YOU CAN TAKE THE SCREWS OUT OF THE GLASS SASH CHANNEL AND LET IT MOVE ON DOWN A LITTLE. THEN AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THE SCREWS THAT HOLD THE VENT WINDOW ASSEMBLY, TILT IT BACK AND LIFT IT OUT. THERE IS JUST ENOUGH ROOM FOR IT TO COME OUT. YOU MAY HAVE TO ROTATE IT A LITTLE, BUT IT WILL COME OUT:metal:

Per the 1960 Chevy Truck Shop Manual, you can just pull the glass out of the frame after softening the seal with gasoline. Back in the old days I always used lighter fluid instead as it was easy to control. Don’t set it on fire just let it soak until the seal gives up its bond. I replaced vent windows several times this way on my 54 Chevy.

Don't let the EPA hear that Mark. They'll want to recall the original assembly manuals. Hahaha
