Re: decode my carb please

wow wow back this carb id train up a minute! little more info would help...brand, 2bbl? 4 bbl? ...the tag you took a picture of doesnt always tell you what the carb is or will tell you at all....alot of the time if its been rebuilt by a carb shop they put those tags on and by the looks of that tag its not from factory.....most of the time you I.d. a carb by stamped numbers on the carb somewhere ....edelbrock and carter 4bbl carbs usually have the numbers stamped in the right front lower mounting flange....holleys sometimes have them stamped into the air choke horn......could you give a little more info on brand, and maybe look for any stamped numbers on the carb, maybe a full view picture of the carb..
