Rear drop shocks/use front?

Has any one used front shocks for the rear? I have about 4-5 drop in rear and I have heard of using the front shocks for the rear. Looking for some advice. ride quality ect?

i have front shocks on my rear with the mounted to the u-bolt plate. being front shocks and with the steeper angle, they are too dampening.

Hey Sodell, haven't seen you on lately. I'm running DJM shocks. 2100 on the rear and 1309 on the front.

Yeah I got the flip kit with the shock extenders. The extenders came with the kit I purchased. You can probably order a set fairly cheap. I think the flip kit was only 80$ for the whole kit from Summit so I would think the extenders couldn't be more than 35$.
