Chassis are manufactured of 2x4 .120 wall rectangular tubing, and are profile bent and mandrel drawn. Internal cross members have exhaust cutouts, and Mustang II type front cross members. Full bumper-to-bumper chassis also include Mustang II rack and pinion steering , KRZ Customs upper and lower control arms, Are built using DOM tubing & tig welded. Chassis are currently available for the following models; '67-72 full-size Chevy's, '73-'87 full-size Chevy's, '88-'98 full-size, extra and short cab Chevy's, and last, but not least '99-present full-size, extra and short cab Chevy's."

I saw those advertised in one of the truck mags a month or so ago...they look pretty dang cool. That is alot of money to spend tho...

Very interesting indeed.

Nothing really new about that procedure except the name "body-dropless" Previously it has been called Z-ing. They are just building a complete frame for it while moving the front/rear suspension UP. It is high though, but you are getting a new frame.

A new boxed frame @ that. Someone needs to start fabbing taller front inner fenders for 73-87's. There's so many lowered trucks out there you know people would buy them . . .... but only if priced like they're not made of gold.

A body-dropless chassis is not like z-ing...the frame is about half as tall as the stock frame.

I wondered where all that smoke in the vicinity of Houston was coming from....
