can anyone recommend a power brake kit
im looking to add a booster to my drum brakes(something bolt on) i bought a cheap kit on ebay but its 2ft long,hits my air cleaner and doesnt work. i should have asked here first. i am not looking to convert to disc just get a little more braking . thanks in advance for any help!

McGaughys makes a 7" and 9" booster for drum brakes. It does come with a new master cylinder as well.

So if a guy bought one of these boosters for his drum brakes and later decides to convert to disc up front will these boosters and master cylinder still work ?

No, the drum master is specific to drum and has a little different specs than a disc master. It is best to match up the master cylinder to the front brakes you have. For example, if you have disc/disc and or disc/drum, then it is best to get a disc master cylinder.

will those bolt right on or do i need a bracket? the stock manual master bolts right to the fire wall.
