Will 1981 Camaro column fit

I have a tilt column leftover from my Camaro build and was wondering if anyone has used that in our trucks. It is a 81 Camaro column and I have a 65 fleetside that had a powerglide in it. I am putting a 5.3 and 4l60e in it. Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure of the 81 Camaro column but I picked up a 73 Camaro column and it fits perfectly. I had to take off the floor mount that is tack welded on the column off but then the length and diameter are spot on. I haven't checked on the mounting to the underside of the dash yet.
