1993 Wiper motor or board?
 

Wipers work most times and sometimes they will do nothing and you hear a buzzing sound. Given time they will start working. My 91 did something similar and it was a bad motor but the symptoms were different.

I have read on here about a bad board under the the dash but not sure what year this applies too? Is this a 93 issue?

borad is on back of teh wiper motor under the black cap 3 screws hold the cap on. i'd start there as its only like 30 buxs

Yea, I should have searched before I posted. I read a couple of threads and see what the problem usually is. This sounds very much like what I am seeing. I will pull it off and start with a resolder of the connections and see what happens

Also check if the board is connected properly to the motor.

A bad connection can give symptoms like a bad board.

I re-soldered and of course it worked fine. Time will tell if that was it. Should rain today.
