1993 Wiper motor or board?
Wipers work most times and sometimes they will do nothing and you hear a buzzing sound. Given time they will start working. My 91 did something similar and it was a bad motor but the symptoms were different.
I have read on here about a bad board under the the dash but not sure what year this applies too? Is this a 93 issue? |
