'67 rear bag and c-notch install questions

O.K. I have my rear bags and c-notch. Looks like I'll need one 3/8" bolt coming up through the trailing arm into the bottom of the bag. Then I'll need to drill through the frame, crossmember, and c-notch. Two 3/8" holes and one 1" hole for the top mounts and air line. Is this correct? Is there anything else I need to know? What do you guys use to cut the air line hole?

Thanks, :flag:

I WOULD USE A UNIBIT AS THEY LEAVE A VERY CLEAN HOLE. ALSO CALLED A STEP UP BIT.

Thanks Phantom Dually! I should have thought of that.
