Any threads on King Pin replacement?

I think I have a bearing going bad on my D60 and I also have the death wobble. So while I am in there doing the bearings I might as well do the king pin kit or whatever I need to fix it. I have never been into any axle to this extent. So if there are any write ups on any of this it sure would be helpful.

The Dana60 is not exactly a logical set-up, but in my opinion, easier to service than other front axles with ball joints. Outers are pretty much the same. Dana/Spicer sells the king pin service kits with bearings, cups, and seals. My K25 has a swapped in D60 and has custom bronze cups that an old family friend made for me.

I have a call in to order the service kit and hopefully they carry the wheel bearings to from this place.

I knew the king pin needed replaced and I was buying time on that but I believe the wheel bearing is going out so I might as well do it all at the same time. Just doing the drivers side for now. I will get that done then order the kit and bearings for the other side then start ordering Moog tie rods from Rockauto.
