Getting close to welding my 2 cabs together for my crew cab , need to fit the rockers first . Who has the best replacement parts ?

I haven't used them myself, but from what I read Top Banana sells pretty good stuff. If you go up to the google browser box above and to the right and type in rockers and also click in the circle next to 67-72 chevytrucks.com you should find a lot of info from those who did this same swap.

I've heard a little about GMC Paul's being good, but was wondering the same thing, who is best.

I ordered mine from Manes Truck Parts (Odessa Mo.) and they fit very well. I don't recall brand name. Ordered bed sides and tailgate from GMC Pauls and are good as well.

I would go with GMCPauls simply because he sells a rocker patch panel with 4" extended floor attached. Gives you more to work with. Also made from 19 gauge steel which is thicker than most other patch panels on the market.
