Trans linkage questions

I am doing an Ls swap in my 67 C10, looking to put a 4L80 in. I am not sure how to build the shift linkage for a column shift to the trans. Has anyone made their own or know of a good kit?

Re: Trans linkage questions

If you can use a rod style linkage, the kit I got from LMC worked really well. Clean looking setup to... There was some custom bends and trimming but nothing major. It went from the column strait to the trans linkage (TH350)and bypassed the factory on frame stuff.

Post this question in the engine and drivetrain section. There is also a subforum there for LS based swaps with late model trasmissions. :)

Re: Trans linkage questions

I have the Lokar kit on my 700R4. Works well, easy to install. I did have to make a slight bend in the rod to make it clear the headers.

Re: Trans linkage questions

Use Lokar or Kugel Komponents linkage. Adapts to any GM transmission.
