What vehicles are these brackets found on?

Re: dumb question but...
Looks like the aluminum brackets on the 90-94 Chevy Truck Motors.

88-94 GM trucks (4.3, 5.0, 5.7L) & same years S10's w/the 4.3L v6.

You can purchase everything brand spankin new for $900 from Summit. While not 'budget', it's half of what Billet Specialties (Tru-Trac) or Vintage Air (Frontrunner) serp set-ups go for & comes w/new accessories. Or, you can snag the brackets from a used source & purchase a new alt, water pump, pwr steering pump, a/c comp, belt, & idler for approx $500. These set-ups are engineered to work for years/miles. |
Re: dumb question but...
If you shop right you can snatch a whole motor, scrape the brackets and accessories you need off, and sell the bare motor for about what you paid for the whole thing.

Re: dumb question but...
If you get an engine out of a Camaro, the brackets are further apart at the top, to allow for the TPI intake to run through.
