WTB - Looking for mint lenses, trim moldings, steering box

1971 Chevy, 1971 OEM parts/replacements only (e.g., NOS)....

One amber deluxe marker lens 911310

One LH back-up lens 5961257

Two standard red marker lenses 916087

RH upper tailgate molding with clips. 3917742

Interested in the cab trim under the rear window. (Not sure the part numbers yet). The LH on my truck is about 90%, but the RH is about 50%. I suspect the LH can be clean again, but probably not the RH. Any advise how to straighten these out is appreciated.

Interested in a new frame for around the rear window. (don't know the part numbers yet). I don't believe the LH was installed right, because it's partially bent against the seal, for about 6" (that normal?). The lower is wasted. The RH is pretty good, just one small ding. Also, any recommendations for a new seal is appreciated.

Soon I'll be looking for a steering box. Of course I don't expect a mint 71 OEM. I prefer it be like-OEM, excellent quality, and with luck all connections the same, but I'm all ears. .................

If you have something, please contact me with your price. I prefer to use PP......Thank you

I don't know how nice you want, but I have a N.O.S. power steering box I bought for a '71 in the '80s.

By chance do you have a part number for that? Thanks

I have a 69 power steering box. If you need parts of the cab I have a good donor cab that I can cut up if you want. The gear box would be $25 plus shipping and the sheet metal would be $50 for whatever you want plus shipping.

I need to do my homework where the box is concerned. Maybe mine can be rebuilt. Honestly, I don't know much about them. I guess some call them a gear box. Maybe steer and gear are one in the same or more parts = steering. Still interested in the part number on that NOS. I haven't ruled that piece out.

As far as window trim and moldings go, I'm holding out for mint. If you think you might have something I'm all ears..............Thanks.

I'll get it out and check the number. Yeah, steering gear and steering box are one in the same...just different terms, like driveshaft and driveline. I say box because it's more than just a gear and say driveshaft because it's a shaft. I think of a line as a hose or tubing to carry fluids or air (plumbing). The steering box can be rebuilt. Many just need new seals

I took it to my mechanic for a look over when I bought this. He said I needed new seals. That was 26 years ago. 40K miles later I still need it (ha!), and there's too much slop in the steering as well. Time to tighten some things up. Thank you for the info.
