New window regulator has a tight spot in it

I got new manual regulators from Rock Auto and they're AC Delco. But the drivers side has a tight spot in it when rolling it up. It happens at the same spot with the crank on every revolution. Glass is not installed yet, I was just running it up/down to get the lithium grease everywhere. I see a little bit of leeway in the mounting bolts, is this something I can adjust out or do I need to box it up and send it back? This is my first time replacing manual regulators, the passenger side is loosey goosey slick like you'd want it.
