custom inner fenders for slammed trucks?

I know about Slosh tubz, and hills rod and custom makes some that looks like the factory inner fenders. Does anyone know if there're some that will work with factory hood hinges? Thanks in advanceAttachment 1492615

Anyone got pictures of Slosh tubz or hills rod and custom ones? How hard are they to install? Would they be easy to install on an already painted truck?

Unfortunately neither of the tubs will allow you to use the factory hinges as you have to remove part of the factory hinge mount location in order to install them. Porterbuilt hood hinges seem to be the most commonly hinges for installing either the SloshTubz or the Hills Tubs. I'm running the Hills tubs and Porterbuilt hinges on my truck and have a bunch of pictures of both in my build thread:

There are a lot of pictures of the SloshTubz on our board, you will just have to do a search. You can install the either of those tubs on a painted truck, you will just have to be very careful and tape stuff up.

Thanks. Since your truck is painted, if you go with Porterbuilt hood hinges, you may be interested in these:

Thank you! Those brackets are great! Might just have to do that! Do the hills tubs bolt right in, I know you have to cut the inner part of the fender. Can you still run the factory battery tray?

Yes they bolt in once the fender is cut. You can't use the factory battery tray. Let me know about the hood brackets.

quick question ... are you using the 67-70 rear end housing converted to 5 lug OR the 71-72 wider rear housing?

I ask, because i noticed how well your wheels/tires tucked on the stepside and wanted to ask the wheel size and back spacing specs.

thanks!

I don't make the fronts, only the rears. You'll need to talk to SloshTubz about the front ones.

My wheels just barely tuck the inside lip has been trimmed on my rear fenders. I think the rear end is out of a 70.

I used a drop down battery box mounted on the passengers side underneath the bed floor.

I remember watching gas monkey when they installed slosh's on a square body and Arron made them seem like a pain in the butt to install.
