Gray speedometer gear for a th350

Hey all - I'm not sure if I am saying this right, but I need the grey (or gray if you prefer) gear for the speedometer to work on my 84. I pulled the speedo cable off the tranny and it spins with a drill, so cable and gauge are working. Pulled the assembly off the tranny and this piece http://cdn6.bigcommerce.com/s-6y2bh/...0.1280.JPG?c=2
is mangled on 4 teeth.

So, the local transmission shop doesn't have them, or do the local auto parts places. Where can I get them from? Is ebay just the easiest place?

I replaced mine on 74 C10 TH350 about a month ago. It is a Black 23 tooth. Search for tooth number and color on ebay. I also replaced gear housing (Bullet) only because of age and o-ring. It also has the ratio adapter that I disassembled and greased. Has worked great since.
