rusted areas are the topside of the drivers outer rocker, and at least one small hole or two in each inner rocker, and the vertical sheetmetal called the Kick panel (where the pull vents are) is rusted off an inch or two up from where that panel meets the floorpan - same spot they are all rusted in. So, the cab is not perfect but as close as you will find and needs the least amount of work to be repaired. Could be fixed by simple metal patching rather than full replacement on the inner rockers and probably doesn't need a pass outer, but needs a drivers outer for sure - the rest can all be fixed with your welder and a little time grinding.....
