fr. air bag,need a spacer ?

I need to put a 1 inch spacer in the front air bags on a 78 , do I have to separate the lower ball joint or can I squeeze it in.

If you let your suspension hang and disconnect your fittings you should be able to muscle it in.

thanks, I had a 2 inch spacer but was too much and took it out but now I need 110 lbs. for ride height so I will cut it in half and try that. No compressor hooked up and last year I tried to release the ball joint it didn,t want to with out some pressure pushing on it. Plus I hate wrecking dust boots. Waiting for spring, long winter this year
