Has anyone made their own Rad Support for an AD?
I cut mine down to do the s10 swap scrapped what I cut out and then switched back to a stock frame. As I am getting closer to putting on my front sheet metal I was wondering if anyone had the dimensions or has made their own.

Are you going back to a stock radiator? I could help you with the between-the-fenders part, but I cut the bottom off mine.

Will be reworking my radiator support, going to make one out of three , my have some parts left over also.

Retailers sell a "street rod version" radiator support. It looks different than the original and mounts the radiator lower than stock. Should be easy to copy.

I've got one laying out back actually several but some are GMC and big truck that I can get a pattern off.
If you are looking at a core support someone has the 3000 series trucks are 12 inches between the top and bottom bolt holes were the inner fenders bolt to the sides while the big truck cores are 13-3/4 + - a tad between those bolt holes. |

I got it dug out.
23 inches down the inside before the bend to the middle. I have one that has a gentle curved stamped piece at the bottom and one that is more of a 45 degree angle/ 27-1/8 from the top to the bottom of the channel and then you add the pieces for the core support to bolt to the crossmember that stick down about 1/2 inch. 22-7/8 wide outside to outside. |

Since the tolerances on these trucks are so loose, once you mount the inner and outer fenders and then grill, I would think you could mostly engineer the rest.
I would put a 2x4 on top of a jack, put the hood on, and lift the front enough so everything roughly lines up. |
