Possible vacuum leak is my first thought.

I have the same problem on a 93 C1500. The fuel pressure is 12 lbs but dropped to 0 withen a second after fuel pump shut off. Ireplace the pressure regulator and the stumble is almost gone but still there a little. It'll be nice to see some ideas.

Could possibly be ignition related. If the ECM is not advancing the spark when fuel is applied you will receive a stumble, could also be temp sensor reading off causing the engine to think it is warmer or cooler than it really is.

Does the issue continue to happen once it is warmed up?
