Im replacing rusty panels, and was wondering if after i got them replaced if i can put expanding foam or something comparitive to it inside the posts and areas that collect dirt to avoid dirt buildup again?

I wouldn't do foam!!!! But maybe make and weld in small patch panels to avoid this, I think would be a better option...

The foam ever gets moisture in it, the rust take over

When I got into mine I found spray foam in the passenger side kick panel, rocker and it even made it into the cab support. They used it to have something for the bondo to stick to. It amplified the rot. Once you remove and replace the bad metal you can hit it with a coating that will seal it. I used the eastwood rust encapsulator inside the rocker and anywhere that I could get to to prep it. In tight spots like the 'a' pillar and roof area I used the internal frame coating with the 2 foot extension tube as well as I could. Drain holes are always a good idea too, as Metaldoc said.
