Yes, just install the lower one on an angle and lower back on the door to compensate for the angle. Use shortened long bed trim on the box for the same reason.

you will have to bend it a little for it to fit the curve of the body which is not there on the trim that goes straight back.

Dont forget to use the 57 gold filler panel between them to make it look killer
