Squaring up cab
 

Looking for suggestions for squaring up the cab prior to assembly

On the frame? Or the sheet metal itself?

The sheet metal itself I have it sitting pretty close to square on the frame now

I don’t have any of the cab support welded in or the firewall obviously I wondered if I should put the doors on and the front clip on then square that all up before I weld anything together just looking for other suggestions or if anyone thought that is a good plan

Since the doors are adjustable they can be hung and the cab can still be tweaked.

If the frame is spot on you could level and confirm the chassis is square, then mount the body rigid to the frame without the rubber isolators and confirm the bolts are centered in the bores of the cab and the frame. (will need to build some sleeves. Simple job if you have access to a lathe) Once frame is bolted and aligned with the chassis you could then hang and gap the doors. once they are perfect weld in the firewall. and you should be golden.
